I would suggest a firm like Interactive Brokers since they have very low margin rates (1.87% as of 3/28/16).  

My experience at the Home Depot has created a desire to get into home improvement and through interactions with the contractors there has sparked a flame to get into rental property investments.I learned about Bigger Pockets by purchasing "The Book on Rental Property Investing" by Brandon Turner and I simply had to check out the site mentioned in the book!

Still I'm on the fence because I like meeting people and face to face interactions. 

So, about five months ago - I decided to take BP to the next level and attempt to get some BP members together in person for a more interactive experience.

I thought there wasn't supposed to be any interaction to the appraiser for the sake of swaying them - isn't that - I don't know what word to use but still seems to be not their appraisal.

I'm really looking forward to participating in the interactions here.
