My name is Joe Haines and I live in the city of Orange, CA. I am a recent college graduate in mathematics and, having no desire to work for someone else, I've become interested in real estate. After reading books, listening to podcasts, watching videos, and lurking BP posts, I decided to create my own profile in order to really move forward with this endeavor. I've never bought real estate, but currently own a single family with my brothers through an inheritance. I'm interested in flipping for short term, but my long term goal would consist of acquiring a portfolio of rentals. I'm looking forward to connecting with some established investors and learning as much as I can.
