Hello Bigger Pockets Community,

My name is Ashley. I am 23 years old and I am looking to invest into rental properties. I will be graduating from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelors in Sociology. I have plans to go back for my Masters in Business "Property Management". I have worked as a supervisor at The Home Depot and currently a Service Coordinator for a Motorola Service Center. I would like to take a step into real estate. My experience at the Home Depot has created a desire to get into home improvement and through interactions with the contractors there has sparked a flame to get into rental property investments.

I learned about Bigger Pockets by purchasing "The Book on Rental Property Investing" by Brandon Turner and I simply had to check out the site mentioned in the book!

My real estate goal is to purchase a single family home by December 2016-January 2017 with hopes of turning into a rental property by December 2017-January 2018.
