We'll be installing those tonight and also getting our contractor to install one in our other rented property when he is there tomorrow doing other work.We also had an issue with the dryer vent being clogged in the first property (reported to us by the tenant) and we're having that taken care of tomorrow. 

The prime easy target are the brand new appliances you just installed. 

Wood floors are super easy to install with a flooring nailer.

The city will be widening the road near this stretch and sent a letter asking if I would be interested in having the sewer installed.

I used a company that is not the one recommended by my property mgmt company only because the other unit was installed by this company in 2014 and still under parts and labor warranty.  

Recently, they've asked if I could install ceiling fans in one of the bedrooms and in the family room.

But had put in all new glass block basement windows, re-parged all the basement walls, installed a high efficiency furnace & HW tank.

It should be as simple as calling them up and asking to add on another meter.I would keep it as a triplex and install a window air conditioner in the other unit.
