@Syed Hussain - Did you or your tenant opt not to extend the lease or did the lease extend automatically for another year or month-to-month?

I'm starting to see a shift up there, as real estate prices seem to be climbing upward. 

What if the Market shifts, how does that impact your strategy?

Doors lock automatically when closed.

Do you want to shift full time to real estate now, in a few years, or ever?  

After you've owned it for six months, it's not automatically tied to your purchase price.The appraiser will of course see your purchase price and consider it a data point among many, but it will not be an automatic thing like it will be at the point of purchase and within six months. 

I wish there is a service that automatically gather those info from tenant’s financial transaction history so I no longer need to call anyone or pay $30 to TransUnion.

@Justin Dahabsu That’s awesome that you’ve decided to make a shift to start engaging with the BP community.

I became worried about  being fully exposed in the market and became concerned about giving up all profits if the market quickly shifted.  

I guess it went to Trulia and Hotpads automatically but I think all the inquiries so far were from Zillow.Some inquiries came with data.
