Better credit screening?

I feel frustrated about the current tenant screening process of pulling credit report, calling employers and previous landlords. I wish there is a service that automatically gather those info from tenant’s financial transaction history so I no longer need to call anyone or pay $30 to TransUnion. I couldn’t find anything like this today but if it does exist, would that be something that's helpful for us?
