I haven't found a single deal there for ever. .. any wayxome is a nationstar company so does greenlight and they dictate the terms and conditions of the sale. if its required that you pre qualify with greenlight I suggest you do itif you want this house. keep in mind because they are sister companies under the same umbrella they usually tend to try and get these houses sold and fund as soon as possible. . so it might be a good idea to try and work with them..

Hi Everyone,So my sister and brother-in-law found themselves a house that needs a little TLC out in Chino Hills (I'm in San Diego), and I was hoping someone here might have a couple reputable contractors they could recommend in the area.I appreciate any help you can give.

My parents invested by partnering with my sister and because she lives in the house, they only had to put down 5% and are able to get primary mortgage interest rates.

Since i will have to have it written somewhere that i will eventually pay 130k for the property.A brother and sister inherited a house the sister wants out while the brother wants to hold out for top dollar.

My parents did anything and everything they could for my sister and I so we could grow up better than they did, so we could go through school unlike them, and even went into debt doing so...so much so that they are now under foreclosure.My goal of being free is so I can give back my parents what they gave to me, happiness. 

My sister and I inherited. 4 individual commercial properties all leased to Dollar General.
