Hello everybody! 

My name is Joshua M. Pagan, a current newbie with big goals and a lot of drive!

23 years young!

My best friend is Riley! (He's an American Akita)

I am the Manager of a Beer Store!

I Referee Soccer!

I am originally from Long Island, New York, but moved to Philadelphia in 2012 to attend Philadelphia University. I started as an Architect Major but after a year switched into Business Management because the life style was more for me..plus I was not a very good architect lol.

During my time at Philadelphia University I furthered my Soccer Referee Career (I have been a referee since I was 13) and because President of the Sigma Nu Chapter at my school. 

When it comes to my goals; it has always been the same two.

1. Referee in the World Cup
2. Be Free

Both of these goals scare me. They scare me to the point where I know I HAVE to complete them. I am on a good path to working in the World Cup some day and with progress and hard work I know it is possible.

However,

If I was only able to choose one of those goals to accomplish in my life I would not have difficulty choosing which. 

"I want to be free" 

I told that to my mom when I went to college and I still want that more than anything else. I have always lived through restrictions mostly due to money and I want that to end. My parents did anything and everything they could for my sister and I so we could grow up better than they did, so we could go through school unlike them, and even went into debt doing so...so much so that they are now under foreclosure.

My goal of being free is so I can give back my parents what they gave to me, happiness. 

I want to learn as much as possible about Real Estate and have been lurking on the forums for about a month or two now. I figured it was probably time for me to say hi!

I really want to do full Rehabs, Rent Properties, New Home Construction and anything else; I find the process of Real Estate very interesting and fun!

I would love to learn something about..or from!.. each and everyone of you, I like how this is one big community, it really make everyone feel welcomed and that is something very special!

I hope this was not too much of an intro, I am really excited for what this site brings and what I will learn from it!
