I here many of you spending money on GURU's that could be used for purchasing your first fixer upper, but instead you go to a classroom and allow someone to teach you some of what they know and then they turn it around on you and say I will mentor you for 50% of the deal.

Get active and BP will teach you a lot before you jump in. 

They have a lot they can teach you if you get to know them and you show a little respect for them.An email is totally impersonal and shows a lack of respect for the bank and the banker.  

I teach children a very high level of gymnastics and am a firm believer of the saying: "give a man a fish and you feed him for a day; teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime."

In my youth I sold Kirby vacuums, and Omaha style steaks door to door, and I was trained that its a numbers game, and you have to knock on quite a few doors to get a sale.

It is NOT illegal to "wholesale" in Florida is correct BUT there are only two ways to do it legally:1. be licensed2. own it (be on title)If those wanting to "learn" this "business" choose to pay frauds and scammers that teach people to use deception, etc I would caution against trusting anyone that promotes dishonesty.
