Newbie Saying Hi!

Just signed up and I'm really excited!  I've done a lot of reading and research and maybe suffer from "analysis paralysis" but this is my first real step towards pulling the trigger and investing in real estate.  This past month I just celebrated the two-year anniversary of starting my first substantial business that is my sole means of income.  I opened a gymnastics gym in a 10,000 sq ft facility and it has done great.  Now that the business is settling in and running smoothly, I am looking into the possibility of buying a larger building and expanding our business and earning potential.  Part of me being here is preparing myself for that purchase as well as a side investment business that I am extremely interested in.  I am looking for a mentor that I could meet and talk with.  I teach children a very high level of gymnastics and am a firm believer of the saying: "give a man a fish and you feed him for a day; teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime."  I hope to find a teacher.

All the best,

-Chad
