It is right behind Union Station so rent will easily top around $3k a month, at least.I saw the house you completed on another thread.

@Jack Tucker - A few things about gas stations that you need to keep in mindLenders will require that a Phase 1 and\or 2 be performed to ensure there are no environmental issues.  

I work downtown so ideally I would love to house hack closer to downtown and/or near a subway metro station.

I have noticed a concentration of seemingly successful Airbnb listings around Penn Station so I wonder if they are getting some people coming up and down the Amtrak corridor.

Seems that he is currently a soldier stationed not far away.

Am even thinking about going to the local police/sheriff station to get information about recent crimes in the area.If all of the above check out to be satisfactory, then I'm willing to pull the trigger.What do you all think?
