Does anyone has experience with and Airbnb listing in Baltimore?

Does anyone have any experience with Airbnb rentals in Baltimore city? I have noticed a concentration of seemingly successful Airbnb listings around Penn Station so I wonder if they are getting some people coming up and down the Amtrak corridor.

I would be really interested to hear if anyone has had success with it or know of some folks who have who might be interested in managing one for me.
