Communities to Invest
Hi all!
Being new to the area and excited to invest, I have been doing some research, while waiting to for pre-approval, so that I can house-hack (would prefer a duplex, triplex or quadplex) in the Baltimore area. I work downtown so ideally I would love to house hack closer to downtown and/or near a subway metro station. (I refuse to park downtown/pay for a parking pass smh.) Anywho, I have the following areas in mind:
Pigtown |
Franklin Square |
Morrell Park |
Oliver |
Arlington |
Abell * crime stats were a little too high for my liking though |
Chinquapin |
Mayfield-Montebello |
Forest Park |
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated! =)
Thanks!

@Jasmine Benford count mailboxes or doorbells. That is usually the best way.
