Just because a market is hot, like Dallas, does not automatically mean that every house in the city has kept up with repairs and upgrades to warrant the higher prices that are being achieved by those houses, that have kept up.

Dallas and Charlotte are like markets that are too big to generalize the whole city.

In particular, I’ve seen a lot of interest in Dallas and Houston.

I recently bought a fixer duplex in the Dallas area (Arlington, to be exact) and I live in CA.
