Hello fellow BPers!

Now, I know we’re all young at heart. But I’m specifically looking for those under the age of 35 to answer these questions. Feel free if you’re older to answer these questions too because honestly, everyone’s welcome!

How easy has it been for you to get started?

What social media platforms are you using to spread word about your business?

What areas around the country do you see younger people moving to?

We all want to own single family and multfamilies, are there other types of real estate you would like to own? Why?

I’m curious to see what you’re all doing and I look forward to your answers!

@Nick Rutkowski I'm 26 :) I quit my corporate job to start my own private equity company at 25. The hardest part was "I don't know what I don't know." It was stressful as my husband just graduated from college and didn't have a job offer on the table at the time. People asked me if I had enough cushion to make the jump. I always say to them that I dont need cushion because I dont plan on crashing. Fast forward 10 months later, my firm has $850k asset under control, 47 units acquired, with 27 units under contract. I would suggest young people go into mobile home park investing. That's how I scaled up quickly. This niche is not as saturated and less competitive. The returns I achieved through my strategies was about 20% cash on cash year one.
