Hello Everyone!

I joined BP years ago when I was in the military but have since transitioned to finance and now to real estate investing. I'm currently renovating my home near downtown that I will turn over to renters. I am also looking to flip near downtown as well but am having trouble locating a fast and reliable contractor. I'm welcome to any suggestions for GC's in the area that are familiar with the flipping process. I'm coming from a finance background and have access to low-cost capital but just need the crew to get the job done. Great to meet everyone and I look forward to connecting with the locals.
