Keep in mind if you cross a major street it might put you in a different area with different comps, different school district, different city, etc.  

Everyone on the street is terrified of these people.

What are your thoughts about buying on a corner of a main street?

I am currently located in Indiana, so I have the opportunity to get boots on the ground to learn the streets in the city. 

(aside from the level of ownership) I would agree if it was a random deal off the street, a 5 year lease would be a concern as it would seem the property owner made a bad deal and wants to get out.
