Investment Property On Corner of a Main Street

First-time poster! First-time investor. I found a great property 3/2 1270 sq ft. All it needs is a new fresh coat of paint for a rental. I could redo the kitchen and bath if I wanted to get more in rent. What are your thoughts about buying on a corner of a main street? It's not fenced and it is a decent-sized lot .21. Price was just reduced from 249-235 and 5 doors down the same layout redone sold in Feb for 282. My gut says go for it, but I'm wondering if it will be difficult to resell later down the road because of the location. It's in a good school district and down the street from the YMCA. Thanks in advance!
