Best guess on when eviction freeze ends

So my tenants got behind on rent in January. I won the eviction case in court March 16th. They halted all evictions four days later before I could get a writ of possession. In the mean time, my tenants have been getting hauled off to jail multiple times. The police told me my house has been under surveillance for stolen property for the last 8 months. I wish someone would have told me that back then. The swat team came busting in with warrants a couple weeks ago and hauled off four out of eight people inside. Some of them are gang members. Nice. The prisons are letting inmates out, so guess who comes back to my crack shack after getting arrested multiple times? This one gang member has FIVE felonies I’m told and they chased him around town last week with a stolen vehicle. He got released on bail AGAIN!

So...what are your best guesses on when they’ll lift this eviction moratorium? I’m already $7,000 in lost rent from these people taking advantage of this situation. I totally understand the purpose of the eviction half due to loss of employment etc., but this is starting to get ridiculous if the landlord can’t reclaim their property and have to just watch it turn into a drug/gang member house. Who knows what the condition inside is now. I did a full 50k rehab on it 11 months ago before this family moved in. The neighbors say they smoke marijuana inside non stop and someone threw a brick or large object through the new front window back in January and never fixed it. Police records show the cops have been called out to the house 19 times recently. They even shot the next door neighbor’s car window out a month ago. Everyone on the street is terrified of these people. And someone built a huge six bedroom beautiful custom built two story new home next door to my property and it just hit the market for sale last week. The real estate agent selling it says people love the house but a little concerned about all the gang members hanging outside my property next door. Not to mention the cops constantly coming and going hauling people off. This investment nightmare never ends...
