When things go south, who do you think the property management company is going to call to have the final say?

I bought a 2012 2 bedroom/2 bath mobile home from the oilfield guys when they went bust in South Texas for $15,000 that was 876 sq ft and added a 500 sq ft living room to it.

I had a condo where HOA finances went south.

I've been doing some research and I'm loving these south coastal states.

I live in For Lauderdale so the property will be in South Florida (Pompano Beach, Deerfield, Hollywood, Coral Springs).
