Finding a Realtor in Los Angeles

Hello,

I have decided to take action and find a house to flip. I have looked through Redfin and other investors IG for realtor referrals but there are SO MANY in Los Angeles. How do you chose without having to interview a lot of them? If I go with a referral from another investor, wouldn't we be shopping for the same homes and therefore creating more competition?

I would like to invest in Oak Park, La Crescenta, San Fernando, The Valley and City Terrace areas and notice that some realtors specialize in selling certain neighborhoods. Would I then want to find multiple realtors to shop different areas?

I obviously need a lot of help in this category. Help and advice is appreciated!

This post is like asking if anyone knows an actor in LA. You are just going to get people telling you about themselves and no can blame them because you asked. If you want to find an REI-friendly agent in LA, see who is listing flipped houses in the areas you want and go to LA REI meetups to find realtors who also have a verifiable investment portfolio of their own. You can also get on wholesale lists in your area, but this...this is not the best way for a place like LA.
