Hello. I’m pretty new to commercial, but I have 2 small duplexes under my belt. Looking to maybe partner or learn from someone in the Madison wi area and the Clarksville Tennessee area.

I’d love to do a light rehab or purchase 1% deals

I want to buy anything from 2-12 units.

Tips to finding bigger deals besides LoopNet?

@Cody Merkes  It's not easy to get into "the club" right now with so many buyers around looking for the same deals. Try and make yourself stand out somehow.  "The guy who pays 5% more than others",  etc.  Or go find the deals yourself with some marketing and leg work.
