What are your thoughts for the area south of Summerlin near Charleston? 

@Ley Nezifort some of those claims are warranted in specific pockets of the city, namely south philly.

I am looking mostly at single family homes <150,000 south of Atlanta.

I've been doing some research and I'm loving these south coastal states.

One thing that helped keep anxiety levels lower than usual is the fact that Ann Arbor is an incredibly strong/stable market, so if everything went south we would've had no qualms about holding on to the property long term. 

I'm buying a duplex in South Los Angeles and I'll be living in one of the units.

When things go south, who do you think the property management company is going to call to have the final say?
