Have a RE agent help you find a condo where the HOA does not restrict less than 30 day rentals. 

Start with those locations and then look at RE investment potential at those locations.  

If you re not an excel person you could just use one bank account.

Setting aside any personal biases towards the product the only people who negatively impacted by the industry (from a RE perspective) are traditional tenants competing for industrial space who are repeatedly priced out of space.

If it was less than what you paid, there was probably a re-assessment to get it up to your purchase price.

Has anybody tried either of these services for any of their RE needs?

Would love to hear from others who were in similar situations with student debt and what they did to mitigate it best while managing to invest in RE.
