Raising funds for a down payment while managing student loans

Hi, I'm Nav and I live/work as a cybersec engineer in the Northern Virginia area. I have student loans that I'm prioritizing paying down but after reading through some posts in this forum I've decided to simultaneously save up enough money for a down payment to do my first house hack next year. Would love to hear from others who were in similar situations with student debt and what they did to mitigate it best while managing to invest in RE.
