In general, I look for ways to achieve member's interest without selling, like re-leveraging or changing member capital/profit/loss (P/L/C on the K-1s) allocations, but sometimes sales make sense.

In other words how many houses to buy, what yields, did I need to flip to create extra equity and cash flow.Once I did that I achieved that goal in under 2 years.Go for it man but as Joe stated, get a plan!

Your financial goals are (should be) enough cash flow to cover all monthly expenses, and the complete  payoff of all personal debt (this doesn't include rental properties since the tenant is already doing that for you).Each step backwards is based on achieving the prerequisites (much like college classes from the beginning to graduation) needed for each step.
