Thought I’d share my why.

“First I am going to create wealth so that I can provide my mom with everything she needs to be happy healthy comfortable and do anything she wants to do during her retirement and for the rest of her life. Then I am going to use my success and resources to make a positive impact in the world by providing opportunities to people who are born into poverty, with disabilities and diseases and to give back back to veterans. Finally, I am going to create wealth so that I can live the lifestyle I choose, not work because I have to buy work when I want to, experience everything in life that I ever wanted, including traveling, owning exotic sports cars, surfing the best places in the world, and doing whatever I want, whenever I want. “

What’s your why?

@Greg Gaudet, sounds great, what you have documented is a grand dream, which is awesome.

Can I suggest you now develop a grand dream goal so you can start to move forward.

For example my grand dream was to be able to retire early and serve God in Fiji.  That went nowhere until I worked out a goal which in my case at the time was $75K a year passive income after all expenses.  Then I worked out practically how to do that. In other words how many houses to buy, what yields, did I need to flip to create extra equity and cash flow.

Once I did that I achieved that goal in under 2 years.
Go for it man but as Joe stated, get a plan!
