Could a Single Family BRRR Work in Southwest Portland
Hello everybody,
I am hoping to house hack while I attend law school at Lewis and Clark in Southwest Portland. I am hoping to find a BRRR investment, most likely a single family home, fix it up over the summer, refinance, and rent out the extra rooms while I'm in school. I have a few questions: Do you think this is possible right now given Southwest Portland's market condition, and if so, what are the main people I should get in touch with (realtors, contractors, hard money lenders, loan officers, and/or other investors)?
Any information anyone has would be outstanding! Thank's a bunch!
Michael
