Problem is the current tenant is constantly paying late on the rent, and I have to chase him separately for the water, and usually, the excuse is  I can't find it, give me another copy.All in all, my rentals in NYC includes all utilities and all built into the rent, much simpler.

There are also some really cool neighborhoods in south LA that i found literally a few months too late.

So now the insurance company has finished their investigation. 

If a large newspaper is writing about the best place to invest it is typically too late to invest there because now the rent to value ratios have already been eaten up. 

I always put blinds up, its a minimal cost and time item and I think it gives the inside a more finished look when people come see the unit.

Like others have said file an extension and pay an estimate of your taxes so you can eliminate or avoid a majority of late fees/interest.

Are you looking for someone to provide drawings or just help you pick out finishes?

Hopefully they're being made on time because late payments will damage her credit, too.
