Question about window treatments in rental

Hi, My question is: Do I have to supply window treatments (blinds, verticals, etc) in my rental or is it up to the tenant? I’m just thinking about cutting costs as much as I can at this point, because we are almost over budget on this rehab. Thanks

You can go to menards and get their cheapest blinds 3-12 dollars depending on the size.  I put these up in all my rentals now since like you said tenants wreck them.
