I just started RE investing around Oct and we want to make sure we get our taxes done and as well as all our education expenses. Need a trustworthy CPA who knows CA taxes any recommendations? We didn't make any profits last year so shouldn't be too hard right?

    @Daniel Ordonez

    You are unlikely to find a competent CPA who can meet the 4/15 deadline that close to it.

    I recommend you file an extension and then find a good accountant here on BP. Does not need to be in CA. Most of us here work remotely, nationwide.
