I piss a lot of agents off when their clients get my direct mail postcards. 

I'm still getting phone calls and post cards asking me if I want to sell it. 

Postcards?

It's replaced all the letters and postcards I used to receive.

Use tax assessor to mail hand writtne post card:  Hi, I help sellers who can';t sell their homes. 

I was wondering if anybody as any advice or recommendations on direct mail service providers that allow minimum quantities of a couple of hundred postcards (200-400). 

Letters and post cards get dumped on both of those categories, but knocking on their door is something very few people do.

please give me tips on wholesaling in the state of Oregon, im new to the real estate field so far ive made a LLC, i have a personal mailbox at UPS and have postcards & business cards. i dont have any kind of licence just starting off. let me know if im on the right track or if there is more i need to lift this business of the ground. 

Almost like the process is designed to be complicated, like the tax industry that lobbies against the IRS mailing postcards to folks to file their taxes, the NAR et al  is huge and loves telling us how we need a professional on our side when dealing with our 'largest investment'. 

I eventually ask them if they get "we buy houses" spam text/calls/postcards and they get talking fast!
