Hello Bigger Pockets Community!
My name is Abe McLaurin and I am a sophomore at The Ohio State University (Go Bucks!), studying Real Estate & Urban Analysis. My dream is to become a Real Estate Mogul by taking the Realtor turned Investor route. More specifically: obtain my real estate license, wholesale properties, utilize the house hack strategy, utilize the BRRRR method, flip properties, and buy and hold properties. Currently I work with a reality company in Columbus Ohio, by generating leads via cold calling and shadow alongside a few talented relators. I primarily focus on multi family properties such as duplex's and 4+ units.
My question for you all is if you started all over again what would you do differently? What are some things you wish you would've know before you started investing that could've saved you from a failure? Any tips for wholesaling, cold calling and generating leads would also be greatly appriciated :)! I thank you in advance for taking your time to respond and best of luck to you all!
