He's also supposed to drive by monthly and inspect inside every 6 months.For-rent phone calls come to a google voice number advising of unit currently for rent, instructions for how to obtain an application online,  and to contact maintenance guy to schedule showing.

It looks like the process to follow for this roofer would be: Ask for 3 references Obtain a copy of his insurance and call his insurance provider for details of the coverage Visit his current roofing projects Ask him the wholesaler from whom he is purchasing the material and call the wholesaler to ask about the roofer business overall Go with the roofer to make the purchase of the materials Supervise the work.
