Hello new community!  My name is John Heck and I stumbled upon this website while researching a popular mentor program that was highly debated here.  I signed up and began reading the starter section and enjoyed it very much so far.

I am currently self employed and doing well however my mind is always thinking of doing something bigger that can yield higher financial rewards to help me achieve some lofty goals I have set upon myself. I watched a series of YouTube videos on REI and it has since been making me wonder what potential it could have for a motivated green newbie like myself.

This site is great so far and I plan to dig through it, but I thought I'd post about the interest I have in finding and working with a local"ish" mentor.  I have a great amount of sales experience and worked a franchise system for several years with the help of a mentor type setup, so I would enjoy the learning process with someone willing to share.  I have zero real estate experience, but I will move forward one way or another.  If interested please let me know and if it is of value to you I have many skills that could possibly be done in trade.  My current business is screen printing, graphics and promotional advertising.  I am open to any ideas so please feel free to contact me or just give a line of advice as it seems many reputable people are here and active!  Thank you!
