Hello!

I was wondering if anyone has done anything with homeowners who are delinquent on paying their taxes and bought from them using that niche? I would like to know how to market to people like this and catch their house before it goes up for auction or sale. Thank you!

Shame on you for preying on the citizens, only the county should be able to do that. LOL
