@Stephen Anderson I appreciate the info on wholesaling.Aside from my lack of knowledge of the actual details on how to perform this type of deal (contractually), it seems there is some controversy as to whether you are acting as a real estate agent.I found an article and lots of suggestions in the forum about it which suggested getting your license to make sure you aren't crossing any boundaries.

I guess at this point your at a cross road and you have to decide if you let them go or try to keep them.

I have heard of cross collateral loans and I didn't know if this qualified as that.
