Chicago Judicial Sale Foreclosure Evictions
Recently purchased a condo via Judicial auction that was in foreclosure. Owner named in possession order is still in the unit so he/she has 30 days to leave.
Does anyone have experience with this? Condo is in Cook county in downtown Chicago.
I'm mostly worried about the damages they may do on the way out. It seems I'm not able to insure this unit until he leaves.
Any suggestions?
