your best bet is to pick a niche and then go from there. if you plan on going to school, maybe look into house hacking, you can charge other students rent while you go to school, free housing?

Hey Tamika,My brother and I ran a direct mail campaign a little while ago and had a really good response rate, however the hard part was evaluating comps and finding buyers.  

She knew my interest in pursuing a multi family and so I ran the numbers and it makes sense.
