@Cole Black the U.S. peaked at about 16,000 golf courses and has lost 8.75% of the supply since 2006 - there are approximately 14,600 courses in the U.S. today. 

If I don’t have a buyer by the 5th of March then I can start trying to rent it out on Zillow again during peak time of month.

As a bonus if anyone knows of a great and interesting getting started/getting interested/beginners podcast that I can send to friends/family to see if I can peak their interest that would be appreciated as well.

Right now in the shoulder season, eventually in the peak season.

Whether you believe that or not... do you disagree that we were much closer to the peak than the bottom?

The last thing I want to deal with every single Saturday during peak season is someone not happy with something, not able to get the key code to work, the unit isn't clean, etc.

@Gary B. yes land we purchased and that counted towards our 20%. we projected the total buildout cost to be around 1.5 million and they wanted us to essentially put down 300k or 20% just like a mortgage

My personal opinion is we are at or close to the peak so I’m selling the 4 unit buildings since they are based on comps unlike a 5+ unit buildings.

At their peak cat hoarding phase they had 58 cats.
