Minny Nana How to form a LLC and transfer assests/liability to it

Keeping that LLC "healthy" and legal requires a whole host of other activities - having an attorney draw up an operating agreement, getting an IRS EIN, setting up dedicated banking accounts, keeping good records, keeping the accounting separate from your personal, signing documents as the LLC owner/manager and not yourself etc.

Thanks y’all Except for the classics - Think and Grow Rich, Richest Man in Babylon, Rich Dad / Poor Dad, and the like - most books are out of date by the time they get into print.Before you go get your first deal without getting educated first, listen to some BP podcasts and listen the hosts talk about how much money they lost on their first deals thru not knowing better.

@Ben SteeverFor normal Google/Gmail accounts Google Voice is free.However if you have a (paid) Google Suite service to use your Google to host your domain’s email, then you are forced to subscribe to a Google Voice “Starter” subscription which cost $10/month and supports up to 10 users.

On airbnb, it charges hosts 3% (at least, that what I think it still is) and they charge the guests a different, higher percentage, depending on the total cost.
