New Member Introductions
Hi everyone! My name is Victoria and I relocated to Charlotte, NC about two months ago. I have been interested in real estate investing since the summer of 2018, right after I graduated college. At first, I thought I wanted to wholesale properties because of course, there is a lot of hype from the gurus in that area. Now that I have moved and have interacted with other investors, I have changed my focus to buy and hold investments. My first goal is to learn more about house hacking and how I can achieve it. As of now, I am interested in a triplex as my first investment. I am so excited to be apart of the Bigger Pockets family and I hope to make connections and build long lasting relationships! Even though I am a beginner, I hope to bring value to you all in any way that I can!

Welcome to BiggerPockets! Truly nice to meet you. As a strategy, look at FHA 203 loan as an alternative to financing. Good luck going forward.
