Hello, i have watch plenty of YouTube videos, also purchase a couple course off Udemy on sale for about $10. I’m pretty much familiar about what’s going on an have study a lot about it. I’m only like 2-3 months in. An I’m hook an love what I’m seeing. Which book or course would you recommend about real estate wholesale etc. for a newbie that would help me an push me to go get the 1st deal. Thanks y’all
