Get it on the MLS if it is land and it will syndicate across all platforms if the broker allows that (most do) and then if it is actually Commerical land/building get it to a Commerical real estate broker.If you want to do it cheap (less exposure) get it on Zillow and Craigslist along with Facebook Market place (FB Market place gets a lot of attention).
