It starts about 2 streets over.

Cleveland is the one I am most familiar with and it's also very popular with investors across the USA, I assume that's why it's already on your radar.

They dont like getting there truck window bricked bc someone stole something out of it like a power tool to sell on the street.

Greetings     I'm making this thread because I have a tenant that has moved out of the home and put everything on the street their-self but she doesn't want to give me the keys until the 15th.

We also have a lot of homes with a lead water pipe, which needs to be replaced, which usually means digging up the front yward to the street.

Google street view is great, but you can’t talk to residents there.

Also don't forget about blocking streets, police detail and all of that need to be factored into the price. 

Any particular areas/neighborhoods/streets we should consider or avoid? 

There is a property for sale down the street from my primary home.  

I expect blood in the streets in the not-too-distant future with short-term rentals.
