Demolition Contractors - Massachusetts

Hello,

We are looking for a demolition contractor to tear down a triple decker destroyed by a fire in the city of Lynn, MA not far from Boston. The next door neighbor also has to tear down his house and it can potentially be a package deal situation if it can work out. We received a quote today through the public insurance adjustor but the price seems absurd in comparison to what some builder friends in western MA have paid recently. I would say it would be about ten-100 yard dumpsters worth of material per house and the property does not have asbestos. I would appreciate if anyone can provide some recommendations and contacts of guys in the area that can do the demo with permits and fill, that would be great. Thanks in advance.

Look up some excavation contractors or mid size landscapers , All they need is generally a mid size excavator and a tracked skid steer
