Generally when a brokerage paves the way into new waters or niches they recruit a senior broker from another firm that specializes in that field to grow the brand.As a new person generally they like to train you up under a senior manager with their existing niches FIRST.How are you going to grow a field when talking to sellers and developers to entrust their business with your firm when you do not have deep level NNN experience??
