What Nathan said, or you can install cameras without wifi that write footage to an SD card, which you can retrieve and watch if there is a need.I'm not sure what your intent is in installing the cameras?  

To me, the institutional investors are the wild card. 

We require potential tenants to have a DL and credit card on file - just incase there is damage to the house.  

You need to order yourself some business cards that say "investor" on them and start calling yourself an investor even before you have a property.

Ok so, can I buy you a drink or treat you to lunch by way of a gift card to take time out of your busy scheudle to overlook my proposal?  

If the cards fall right you do well, maybe very well.

I like the idea of a small prize - maybe an Amazon gift card that can be sent to their email address. 

Anyway they store data on an SD card that you have to check manually, but it is inexpensive, battery operated, and easy to hide.

I am just not sure how it will look after the roofers install metal coping etc there, or they would be careful about "aesthetic" details :)Exterior/wood is also deteriorating, but I guess a painter can scrape the old paint and caulk for waterproofing.

I'm not sure creating business cards is particularly important right now.
