My name is Daniel, and I am fairly new to learning about investing in rental properties. I am only in college, but I would love to learn about investing such as the "must do and must don't". Mainly, I want to hear the start up stories of you guys. What was troublesome during the journey, what are some tips that I'll need to know before starting my investment journey.
