Looking for recommendations or experience from others on installing security cameras in rental property. I called ADT and they want me to have an internet connection and xfinity agent I talked to said I cannot have internet without an apartment number. Wondering what others have done

Just curious, why would a tenant allow you to put a camera in their home?
Sounds creepy.
Hi,It is a multi-unit property. Basement is common area where there is a washer/dryer. Tenants are fine with the cameras. No cameras inside tenants residences. Tenants can view the recordings if they want to.
